Bringing equity-driven,
human-centered research to healthcare systems that
serve everyone.

I translate the needs of patients, caregivers, and underserved communities into decisions that shape how healthcare organizations build, deliver, and care.

I do my best work when it makes a real difference in someone else's life.

I'm a PhD-level UX research strategist with 10+ years of experience in healthcare, government, and enterprise environments. I help organizations understand where their systems are today — mapping current-state experiences, surfacing friction, and identifying gaps between user needs and regulatory requirements — so they can make informed, evidence-based decisions about where to go next.

HIPAA certified and fluent in clinical workflows, I bring both the research rigor and the regulatory literacy that healthcare organizations need. My work has reduced IT burden, informed federal product strategy at scale, and translated gerontology and dementia-care research into dignity-preserving product decisions.

WHO I AM

My Work

Rethinking Senior Wellbeing: Designing for the Caregiver Behind the Care

We assumed caregivers needed a better scheduling tool. Research told a different story. The real barrier was adoption fatigue and EHR integration, not features. The design followed the rhythm of real care, not our assumptions about it.

Designing for Transition: Autonomy Beyond Blindness with IBM Watson

Accessibility often ignores the psychological shift of progressive vision loss. By centering design on the lived distinction between congenital blindness and acquired sight loss, I led the development of an integrated AI assistant. We moved beyond simple screen reading to create an agentic system that prioritizes user dignity and functional independence.

Restoring Federal Trust: Solving the SAM.gov Entity Crisis

Federal procurement is the backbone of government operations, yet "duplicate entities" created a wall between the system and its users. By applying a systems-oriented lens to a fragmented verification process, I spearheaded a 35% improvement in usability, transforming a point of failure into a bridge for contractor success.
